RULES  for 2023  LUCKY 17 RACES   1.  PERCH FEE OF 50.00 PER BIRD MUST BE SENT  WITH BIRDS.   2. Send birds Feb. 1ST - June 1ST   3. 4 races- 150-200-250-300 to 350   4. All birds will be vaccinated for pox, PMV,   5. 10th flights will be cut and pulled.   6. AFTER 100 MI. ACTIVATION TOSS,  250.00 per bird ( OF WHICH 50.00 IS FINAL  PERCH FEE)  DUE.     ( I get 100, 200 goes in prize fund)   7. $250.00 fees must be paid Immediately after the 100 mile activation toss and before the 1st race.  ALL BIRDS MUST BE ACTIVATED, NO PICKING,CHOOSING, UNLESS BIRD IS HURT.   8 . Race fee OF $250 refunded for each paid bird not making it to the 1st race.   9   100% of all remaining race fees will be paid out in prizes. 10.  ALL PRIZES PAID by trapping order EXCEPT LAST RACE  1ST DROP SPLITS  THEN TRAPPING ORDER 11.  W-9  tax forms for winners of $600 or more. 12.  LUCKY 17 OWNER reserves the right to make all final decisions 13.  IF NO BIRDS ARRIVE WITHIN 48 HOURS  OF RELEASE, IN ANY  RACE           PRIOR TO LAST ONE, ALL PRIZES  IN THOSE RACES WILL BE MOVED TO           LAST RACE.  IF NO BIRDS ARRIVE WITHIN 48 HR OF RELEASE IN LAST           RACE, PRIZE MONEY WILL BE MOVED TO PRIOR RACE FLOWN. 14.  Birds not activated ( fees not paid prior to the 1st race) become           property of LUCKY 17 AND MAY BE SOLD TO INTERESTED PARTY 15. Breeder retains ownership of all activated birds. 16. After final race birds will be returned at owner's expense.  60.00 1 BIRD,   MULTI BIRDS ACTUAL COST 17. Owner must arrange to have birds returned within 10 days after final race or birds become property of LUCKY 17 18.
